Cancellations

XWAX has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A valid credit card is required for all new appointments. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the services booked and no shows (no call, no email) will be charged the full amount of the services booked. Thank you for your understanding.

**We have a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy for all microblading and XLASH lash extension services. This means that you will not be charged for a cancellation or reschedule if it is done more than 48 hours before your initial or follow-up microblading and/or XLASH appointment. Late cancellations (after 48 hours before your scheduled service) will be charged $50 and no shows (no call, no email) will be charged the full amount of the services booked. For microblading, this means you are opting out of your complimentary 6-week follow up, a $100 value, and will need to reschedule your follow up.

*NOTICE: A follow up microblading appointment that is scheduled over 6 weeks from your initial appointment will cost $100.

Timeliness

Please be on time for your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment. 

New Clients

If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and to fill out paperwork. 

Guests

Friends are always welcome however only clients receiving services are allowed in the treatment room or wax bar area. 

Payment

XWAX accepts Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover for all services. Cash gratuities are preferred.
